Description
Domono is a production-grade, real-time multiplayer gaming platform for Egyptian dominoes, built for iOS and Android. It delivers a complete competitive-game experience — fast online matchmaking against real players, 1v1 and 2v2 team modes, offline practice against multi-level AI, tournaments, clubs, ranked progression, and a live in-app economy.
Architecture & Stack:
• Mobile: Flutter (feature-first clean architecture, Provider + get_it DI), Flame for in-board tile rendering.
• Backend: Laravel (REST API), Laravel Reverb (WebSockets) for real-time gameplay and presence, MySQL in production / PostgreSQL in dev, Redis + Horizon for queues and broadcasting.
• Real-time: authoritative server-side game engine; moves are persisted then broadcast, with snapshot-based replay and round-boundary recovery.
Key Features:
• Online matchmaking with real players, plus LAN and invite/deep-link private tables.
• Team play (2v2) with a partner, and offline practice vs AI at multiple difficulty levels.
• Tournaments (knockout brackets), clubs/tables, ranked tiers (Bronze → Diamond) with an ELO-style rating.
• Daily missions, achievements, leaderboards (daily/weekly), and match replays.
• In-app economy: coin wallet, coin-pack IAP (Google/Apple receipt verification, fail-closed), house rake, cosmetics/themes, and rewarded/interstitial/banner ads (AdMob).
• Infrastructure: FCM push, Firebase Analytics + Remote Config (A/B testing), Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, social login (Google/Apple/Facebook), Play Integrity anti-fraud pipeline, full Arabic/English localization with RTL support.
Status: Live and shipping to the App Store and Google Play (current build 1.0.5+7), Arabic-first with full English support.
